Pineapple Chile Pulled Pork Sweet Pepper Nachos

This summer twist on pulled pork is the perfect mix of sweet, spicy and fresh and is the perfect foolproof meal to throw in the oven in the morning when you want to enjoy the beautiful weather! This is also a great recipe to keep in your back pocket for the 4th of July week, as its a great backyard recipe!

We will go over how to prep the pulled pork/sauce and then go over the basics of how to braise it to perfection. Instead of using chips as nachos, we will add another summer twist onto this dish and use grilled sweet peppers as our nacho vehicle – which makes it healthier, fresher, more colorful and more delicious.
