If you’re tired of making dino chicken nuggets from the bag and want a more delicious and flavorful option, this recipe is perfect for both adults and kids. We will tenderize the chicken tenders in a pickle-brine before covering them in a preztel breading and then baking (or air frying) to perfection. We must eat something green with each weeknight meal in April so we will also be whipping up some BBQ edamame with some spices and olive oil which will quickly become one of your new favorite side dishes.
