Lobster Rolls

In this class, we will be learning the art of the lobster roll! These are more simple that you think. We will start by learning how to prep and broil (or grill) lobster tails and will take that meat to create these perfect little summer sandwiches. There is no mayo allowed in my lobster rolls – the flavors are fresh, light and delicious!
