Gnudi very roughly translates to “naked” in Italian and is basically thought to be the naked filling of ravioli — without the pasta that surrounds it. Gnudi are generally a bit larger and creamier than gnocchi and often made with less flour.

These are tender, creamy, and will be paired with a delicious red sauce and plenty of grated Parmesan. These simple, magical dumplings will be added to your weeknight dinner rotations.
