Herb-Encrusted Rack of Lamb

We will be preparing the spring/Easter classic, a Rack of Lamb! Although intimidating, this meal is pretty simple and so delicious. We will prep our rack of lamb, cover it in dijon mustard and then bread it in a fresh herb and Panko crust. You will want to flag this recipe for all holidays to come!
