If you are someone who loves a good gyro but you have never experimented with ground lamb, you’re in for a treat. We will be creating mini “gyro sliders” with ground lamb (you can also add beef), lots of spices and red onions. We will stuff the final product in a pita pocket with tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes and halloumi cheese. This will be your new favorite weeknight meal.
