FRANCE: Scallops Provençal

Inspired by one of my favorite Ina and Jeffrey recipes, this quick and easy weeknight meal is so elegant, delicious and fun to dress up or down. We will be learning how to sear the perfect scallops and will be making a simple white wine, shallot and lemon sauce to accompany the scallops. If you’ve ever been intimidated by scallops before, you won’t be after this class!
