Chicken Parm Quinoa Meatballs & Zoodles

A lightened up version of chicken parm that is packed with protein and finished off with garlicky
zoodles! This meal is a healthy play on one of my favorites – chicken parm! Instead of a deep fried chicken
breast on top of buttery noodles, we will be making chicken meatballs with quinoa and fresh mozzerella
(packs a protein punch!) and serving it over red sauce and zuchinni noodles.
