This spring we are focused on 2 things: green things and flavor! I love bang bang shrimp – but don’t love that they are deep fried so we have transformed this dinner to be a little more on the healthier side. We will make these into lettuce wraps (to showcase the beautiful in-season lettuce), lighten up the sauce and saute them instead of deep frying them! There is also an Air Fryer option to air fry these babies to perfection! Throw some fresh bell peppers and avocado in the wraps and you’ve got yourself the perfect weeknight meal.
